Информационно-Консультационное Обеспечение Управления Устойчивым Развитием Сельского Хозяйства Северного Региона

Abstract

В статье рассматриваются сущность, особенности и методические основы информационно-консультационного обеспечения управления устойчивостью аграрного сектора. Показаны принципы и формы организации информационно-консультационной деятельности. Обобщен опыт консультационного обслуживания сельского хозяйства в дореволюционной России и за рубежом. Выявлены региональные особенности формирования информационно-консультационной службы в аграрном секторе Республики Коми. Исследованы основные направления развития информационно -консультационного обеспечения устойчивого развития сельского хозяйства региона. Даны практические рекомендации по освоению инновационных разработок с помощью информационно-консультационной службы. Предложена система информационно-консультационного обслуживания организаций и хозяйств, включающая республиканский информационно-консультационный центр и межрайонные ИКЦ, тесно взаимодействующие с федеральной информационно-консультационной службой.
