Abstract

Предложена методика определения эффективности технологий производства молока в летний период. Приведены результаты анализа основных экономических показателей трех вариантов летнего содержания коров: стойлово-пастбищного, лагерно-пастбищного и стойлово-выгульного. Установлено, что самые низкие значения себестоимости молока в летний период и приведенных затрат получены для всех типоразмеров ферм при лагерно-пастбищном содержании коров. Данные показатели эффективности могут быть получены только при условии использования интенсивной технологии производства молока в летний период, то есть применения комбинированного зеленого конвейера с загонно-порционной системой выпаса скота на культурных пастбищах и двухсменной организации труда.
