Обоснование Приоритетов Развития Регионального Нефтегазового Комплекса

Abstract

Развитие нефтегазодобывающих регионов определяется преимущественно эволюцией освоения ресурсов углеводородного сырья. Видение перспектив данных территориальных образований позволяет максимизировать социально-экономические выгоды добычи нефти и газа. В настоящей работе проанализированы особенности функционирования базового сектора северного сырьевого региона. Предложены критерии и определены приоритетные направления развития регионального нефтегазового комплекса.
