Abstract

В статье рассматривается возможность модернизации социально-экономической системы региона на основе духовной составляющей. В современных условиях, в республике, как и во всей стране, наступает период, когда в процесс модернизации необходимо включить составляющую возрождения духовности россиян. Дается характеристика инвестиционного процесса, протекающего в Республике Карелия, и рассматривается необходимость активизации инвестиционных потоков в человеческий капитал, при реализации крупного интегрированного проекта «Духовное возрождение Севера».
