Проблемы И Возможности Непрерывного Образования В Области Энергоэффективности И Новой Энергетики

Abstract

В статье рассматривается широко используемое в развитых странах понятие непрерывного образования LLL концепция (от англ. Life-Long Learning), причины для внедрения этой концепции в условиях современной России в области энергоэффективности и новой энергетики, преимущества, открывающиеся возможности и вызовы, возникающие в результате ее принятия. В исследовании использованы материалы зарубежных экспедиций 2010 2011 гг. Выполнена оценка законодательной и нормативной базы жилищной и энергосберегающей политики. Сделан вывод о возможности более широкого развития огромного национального потенциала в области новой энергетики и энергоэффективности за счёт внедрения концепции непрерывного образования.
