Abstract

В статье рассмотрено содержание понятия «межмуниципальное сотрудничество», обосновано значение межмуниципального сотрудничества для социально-экономического развития. Описаны основные модели межмуниципального сотрудничества, дана их сущностная характеристика. Выявлены основные проблемы, препятствующие широкому использованию этого института в практике. Предложен поэтапный алгоритм становления и развития межмуниципального сотрудничества.
