Abstract

Статья посвящена методическим вопросам исследования научно-технического потенциала региона. Предлагается общая характеристика существующих отечественных и адаптированных к российским условиям зарубежных методик оценки потенциала сферы науки и техники территории. По результатам их анализа разработана собственная методика сравнительной оценки, заключающаяся в расчёте интегрального показателя «индекса научно-технического потенциала региона», отражающего как эффективность, так и масштабы использования потенциала на территории региона.
