Тенденции Финансового Обеспечения Социальной Сферы Северных Регионов России

Abstract

В статье выявляются особенности финансирования социальной сферы на Севере России. Дан анализ основных источников финансирования региональных и местных бюджетов и внебюджетных фондов. Показаны следующие тенденции: повышенная затратность из-за высокой стоимости жизнеобеспечения, улучшение финансового обеспечения социальной сферы, усиление роли социальной политики в связи с увеличением пенсий, сглаживание пространственных и структурных различий.
