Abstract

Обозначены основные требования к имплементации в Украине европейских принципов прозрачности, достоверности и сопоставимости учета топливно-энергетических ресурсов в контексте интеграции энергетических рынков. Проанализирована эффективность институционального обеспечения процесса формирования энергетического баланса Украины. Предложен информационно-организационный механизм совершенствования процесса формирования энергетического баланса страны путем внедрения единой государственной системы мониторинга производства, поставки, транспортировки, потребления и оплаты за топливно-энергетические ресурсы.
