Abstract

Розглянуто питання щодо практичних аспектів формування центрів фінансової відповідальності і побудови системи бюджетування на вітчизняних підприємствах. Проаналізовано особливості процесів управління, що впливають на ефективність господарської діяльності фірми.Рассмотрены вопросы, касающиеся практических аспектов формирования центров финансовой ответственности и построения системы бюджетирования на отечественных предприятиях. Проанализированы особенности управленческих процессов, влияющих на эффективность хозяйственной деятельности фирмы.The issues of practical formation of the centres of financial responsibility and creation of a system of budgeting at the domestic enterprises are considered. Features of the administrative processes which have influence on the efficiency of economic activities of firm are analyzed.
