Согласование Направлений Реформы Административно-Территориального Устройства И Межбюджетных Отношений

Abstract

Запропоновано пропозиції, що дозволять удосконалити систему взаємодії органів публічної влади різних рівнів щодо виробництва суспільних благ та послуг, регламентувати фінансові відносини між органами державної влади та органами місцевого самоврядування, забезпечити прозорість процесів розподілу фінансових ресурсів через механізми міжбюджетних трансфертів.Предложены предложения, которые разрешат усовершенствовать систему взаимодействия органов публичной власти различных уровней относительно производства общественных благ и услуг, регламентировать финансовые отношения между органами государственной власти и органами местного самоуправления, обеспечить прозрачность процессов распределения финансовых ресурсов через механизмы межбюджетных трансфертов.
