Abstract

Стаття присвячена проведенню діагностики виробничо-господарської діяльності Запорізької атомної електростанції. На основі фактичного матеріалу виконано аналіз витрат на виробництво електроенергії, аналіз структури персоналу, забезпеченості підприємства кадрами, плинності кадрів, структури фонду оплати праці за 2001-2003 рр.Статья посвящена проведению диагностики производственно-хозяйственной деятельности Запорожской атомной электростанции. На основе фактического материала выполнен анализ затрат на производство электроэнергии, анализ структуры персонала, обеспеченности предприятия кадрами, текучести кадров, структуры фонда оплаты труда за 2001-2003 гг.The article deals with diagnostics of production and economic activities on ZAPP. Based on real data, the analysis of electric power production costs is made, the personnel structure, provision of the enterprise with manpower, staff turnover, wages fund structure are also analyzed for 2001-2003.
