Abstract

Розглядаються питання пошуку нових форм взаємодії малих підприємств і держави (муніципалітетів), більш активного залучення зазначених суб'єктів до рішення проблем державних і муніципальних закупівель із урахуванням зарубіжного досвіду.Рассматриваются вопросы поиска новых форм взаимодействия малых предприятий и государства (муниципалитетов), более активного привлечения указанных субъектов к решению проблем государственных и муниципальных закупок с учетом зарубежного опыта.The article covers the questions connected with search for new forms of interconnections between small enterprises and the state (municipality), with more active attraction of mentioned subjects to solution of problems concerning state and municipal procurements taking into account the foreign experience.
