Abstract

На основі комплексного аналізу негативних тенденцій раціоналізаторського руху (1995-2003) обґрунтовується перехід від системи раціоналізаторства до систем незалежної реєстрації ідей і пропозицій співробітників підприємств та створення відповідних банків ідей.На основе комплексного анализа отрицательных тенденций рационализаторского движения (1995-2003) обосновывается переход от системы рационализаторства к системам независимой регистрации идей и предложений сотрудников предприятий и создания соответствующих банков идей.Based on a comprehensive analysis of negative trends in rationalization movement (1995-2003), the author grounds the change over from the system of rationalization to the systems of independent registration of ideas and proposals of enterprise's employees and to creation of corresponding banks of ideas.
