Abstract

Розглянуто існуючі схеми класифікації факторів трудового потенціалу і розроблено принципову схему класифікації факторів на різних рівнях управління і систему показників виміру трудового і виробничого потенціалу, засновану на методі калькулювання витрат.Рассмотрены существующие схемы классификации факторов трудового потенциала и разработаны принципиальная схема классификации факторов на различных уровнях управления и система показателей измерения трудового и производственного потенциала, основанная на методе калькулирования затрат.The current patterns of classification of labour potential factors are considered, and a principally new pattern of this classification is developed at different levels of management. The system of indicators is also developed for measurement of labour and production potential based on the method of costs calculation.
