Abstract

Запропоновано мотиваційну структуру робочих різних мотиваційних факторів, що дозволяють визначити мотиваційний потенціал як можливий рівень відгуку працівника на мотиваційні впливи, які спрямовані на визначену частину або всю його мотиваційну сферу, на визначені трудові цінності.Предложена мотивационная структура рабочих различных мотивационных факторов, позволяющих определить мотивационный потенциал как возможный уровень отклика работника на мотивационные воздействия, которые направлены на определенную часть или всю его мотивационную сферу, на определенные трудовые ценности.The motivation structure of workers, different motivation factors which allow to determine the motivation potential as a possible response of the worker to motivation effects which are directed to a certain part of the whole motivation spere, or certain motivation values.
