Abstract

Общественные объединения предпринимателей занимают прочное место в качестве института координации внешних отношений предприятий в странах с рыночной экономикой. Они относятся к институтам координации «третьего типа», который выделяется наряду с двумя основными – «рынками» и «иерархиями». Весомую роль в социально-экономическом развитии территорий играют бизнес-сообщества, однако формы, методы и эффективность взаимодействия органов исполнительной власти и сообщества недостаточно разработаны.
