Abstract

В статье представлен комплексный анализ информационных технологий, используемых в сфере бизнеса, в том числе и сравнительный анализ программных продуктов отечественных и зарубежных компаний-разработчиков, направленных на оптимизацию деятельности компаний вне зависимости от специфики производимой ими продукции или оказываемых услуг. Кроме того, освещены тенденции и перспективы развития информационных технологий в коммерческой деятельности.
