Abstract

Переход экономики на инновационный путь развития является основной стратегической задачей нашего государства. И, безусловно, этот переход невозможен без развития интеллектуального потенциала, развития человека как главной производительной силы общества. Именно поэтому модернизация в России должна начинаться с модернизации условий жизни, образования, здоровья и культуры людей. И первое место в этом ряду, безусловно, занимает жилищный вопрос обеспечение населения современным, доступным, комфортным жильем. И в современных условиях именно ипотечный кредит становится одной из важнейших путей решения жилищных проблем.
