Механизм Интегрирования Науки В Экономику Для Инновационного Развития Постсоветских Государств: Моделирование Механизма Принятия Решений

Abstract

Построена модель для принятия решений по функционированию науки в условиях двух разных институтов, один из которых существует сегодня в условиях постсоветских государств (в России или Украине), а второй является типичным для страны с развитой экономикой. Показано, что второй способ функционирования механизма для интеграции науки в экономику является экономически более выгодным. Обсуждаются условия реформирования института науки к экономически более выгодному для общества механизму функционирования в условиях современных постсоветских государств.
