Модели Распределения Ресурсов В Иерархических Системах Управления Качеством Речной Воды

Abstract

В статье описана и исследована задача распределения ресурсов в иерархических системах управления качеством речной воды. Система состоит из двух центральных элементов, каждому из которых подчиняются все остальные элементы. Экономический центр распределяет ресурсы между подчиненными элементами, а экологический центр следит за влиянием экономики предприятия на состояние окружающей среды. Модель распределения ресурсов рассматривается в трех случаях: случай отсутствия механизма коррупции, случаи попустительства и вымогательства при распределении ресурсов и контроле над использованием ресурсов. Модель управления качеством речной воды учитывает различные случаи нарушения норм сброса загрязняющих веществ в речные воды. Найдены равновесие по Штакельбергу и кооперативно-игровые решения, а также решения задачи управления качеством водных ресурсов.
