Моделирование Многопараметрических Систем Материального Стимулирования Рабочих Автомобилестроительных Предприятий

Abstract

Решена многопараметрическая задача материального стимулирования производственных рабочих автомобилестроительного предприятия. Для этого проведен анализ и формализация действующей многопараметрической системы материального стимулирования рабочих прессового производства автомобилестроительного предприятия, разработан комплекс взаимосвязанных экономико-математических моделей принятия решений руководством и рабочими предприятия, предложена методика идентификации многопараметрической функции затрат рабочих. Разработана модель многопараметрической задачи материального стимулирования, позволяющая рассматривать воздействия материального стимулирования на выполнение рабочим нормативов по объему производства, доле дефектной продукции и культуре производства. С помощью разработанных алгоритма численного метода и программного модуля решена многопараметрическая задача материального стимулирования производственных рабочих автомобилестроительного предприятия. Определены параметры системы стимулирования, позволяющие согласовать экономические интересы руководства и производственных рабочих предприятия.
