Теоретико-Игровая Модель Для Управления Эффективностью Взаимодействия "Преподаватель Вуз"

Abstract

Рассмотрена дискретная игра в нормальной форме, участниками которой являются преподаватель и ВУЗ. Стратегиями игроков является их различное отношение к качеству предоставляемых образовательных услуг. Матрицы выигрышей формируются на основе порядкового предпочтения на множестве исходов. Рассматриваются две модификации игры в долгосрочном и краткосрочном периодах. Проводится анализ полученных игр с использованием концепций максимального гарантированного результата (максимина), равновесия Нэша и оптимальности по Парето. Представленная модель оказывается способной описать как процесс формирования институциональной ловушки, так и процесс выхода из нее, что позволяет использовать данную модель для управления состоянием системы образования страны в течение реформирования ее экономики.
