Агрегирование Результатов Экспертной Стратификации Без Использования Матриц Парного Сравнения На Примере Рейтинга Научных Журналов

Abstract

Отличительной особенностью научного журнала как объекта оценивания является его политематический характер, что требует получения оценок от экспертов, являющихся специалистами в различных научных областях. Другая особенность каждый эксперт оценивает своё множество журналов, поэтому матрица экспертных оценок оказывается неполной. Предлагается методика построения абсолютной шкалы на множестве экспертных оценок и использование скользящих сумм для лексикографического упорядочения журналов.
