Технология Управления Объектом Коммерческой Недвижимости С Учётом Потребительских Предпочтений

Abstract

Приводится технология управления объектом коммерческой недвижимости, отличающаяся учетом потребительских предпочтений, а также две постановки задачи управления объектом коммерческой недвижимости. Технология включает на укрупненном уровне три этапа: выявление потребительских предпочтений, верификация моделей и управление. Используя модель, можно осуществлять сценарное моделирование и прогнозирование, в том числе игровое имитационное моделирование. В ходе деловых игр могут разрабатываться проекты управленческих решений, эффективность которых может быть проверена в ходе сценарного моделирования «что будет…, если…». Поиск управленческих решений можно осуществлять методом анализа чувствительности выбранного показателя эффективности к изменению контролируемых параметров.
