Формирование Стратегии Экологического Менеджмента Электрогенерирующих Компаний На Основе Методологии Анализа Среды Функционирования

Abstract

Изучается возможность применения методологии анализа среды функционирования (АСФ) – непараметрического метода оптимизации к решению задач экологического менеджмента предприятий электроэнергетической отрасли. Анализируются способы учета нежелательных выходов, строится алгоритм последовательного двойного применения базовой модели АСФ для решения задачи формирования оптимальной по набору экологических и экономических параметров стратегии природоохранной деятельности генерирующих компаний. Проводится апробация алгоритма на статистических данных по экологическим эффектам деятельности генерирующих компаний России. Обсуждаются возможности использования метода на практике.
