Abstract

Количественная оценка эффективности и рисков внедрения информационных систем (ИС) является важнейшим условием начала работ. В данной работе для анализа используется метод Монте-Карло, в качестве критерия эффективности выбрана чистая текущая стоимость денежных потоков проекта. Рассмотрены внешние факторы, влияющие на эффективность, даны рекомендации по определению их вероятностных характеристик, разработана модель оценки проекта. Предложен способ определения положительного денежного потока, возникающего за счет сокращения времени работ, на автоматизацию которых направлена внедряемая ИС. Учтено влияние на эффективность отклонений от календарного плана. Приводится практический пример количественного анализа проекта по внедрению ИС управления корпоративными знаниями.
