Abstract

В данной работе предложена методология оценки параметров заболеваемости в модели из трех состояний в условиях наличия гетерогенного фактора, моделируемого с помощью гамма распределения. Рассмотрены случаи полной и неполной информации, различные способы моделирования риска. Приводятся результаты оценки радиационных рисков заболеваемости для четырёх классов болезней, рассчитанные по данным Российского Национального радиационно-эпидемиологическийого регистра. Методология может применяться при разработке систем радиационной защиты.
