О Некоторых Принципах И Подходах К Построению Коллективных Когнитивных Карт Ситуаций

Abstract

Одна из значимых веток развития средств анализа ситуаций посредством когнитивных карт связана с решением задач на основе знаний группы экспертов для формирования целостной модели ситуации. В статье проведен анализ процедур построения коллективных карт по работам ведущих исследователей и практиков с позиции рисков для достоверности результатов применения таких моделей. Показано, что в качестве типовой процедуры формирования коллективных карт используется формальное агрегирование экспертных оценок по принципу усреднения без учета значимых различий в точках зрения экспертов и необходимого согласования. Предложен ряд принципов и подходов к согласованию представлений экспертов и кластеризации их представлений для более обоснованного агрегирования.
