Abstract

Рассматривается обзор зарубежных сценарных прогнозов и форсайтов с целью выявления инструментов информационного управления. Выявленные инструменты можно также использовать в системах поддержки стратегического и территориального планирования на федеральном и региональном уровнях. Сформулирован ряд слабо проработанных, но чрезвычайно важных проблем и указаны возможные пути их решения.
