Abstract

Рассматриваются оптимизационные и теоретико-игровые модели стимулирования инноваций и борьбы с хищениями в электроэнергетике. Обсуждаются проблемы идентификации моделей, имеющие ключевое значение для приложений. Приводятся результаты аналитических и численных исследований.
