Abstract

Предложен новый подход к разработке схемы управления межрегиональными автобусными перевозками, базирующийся на созданным авторами методе независимой многовариантной экспертизы (НМВЭ). Отличительная особенность НМВЭ состоит в том, что выявляются и разрабатываются варианты решения независимых проблем, покрывающих исходную задачу. Эффективность метода подтверждена результатами его применения к конкретной прикладной задаче.
