Об Измерении Эффективности Бизнес-Процессов И Поддерживающих Их Информационных Систем

Abstract

Предложен метод измерения эффективности внедрения информационной системы на основе энтропии характерного параметра бизнес-процесса, поддерживаемого системой. Получены соотношения, позволяющие оценить долю процессов, выполняемых с одинаковым результатом. Приведен пример использования предложенного метода для оценки эффекта от информационной системы и определения направлений дальнейшего совершенствования бизнес-процессов.
