Abstract

Статья содержит обзор современных систем анализа социальных сетей. Приводится классификация пользователей таких систем и задач, которые они решают. Рассматриваются системы, используемые обычными пользователями, коммерческими структурами, органами государственной власти и силовыми структурами, а также научными организациями. Боль-шинство рассмотренных систем предназначено для мониторинга и анализа социальных сетей и не затрагивают вопросы прогноза и управления. В конце статьи приведен обзор прикладных исследований социальных сетей.
