Abstract

В статье, продолжающей ряд публикаций автора, посвященных проблемам измерения научно-исследовательской деятельности, предпринята попытка доказать, что существуют непреодолимые реальные факторы, препятствующие использованию показателя количества цитирований и индексов цитирования в качестве точных инструментов оценки эффективности научно-исследовательской деятельности. Проблема анализируется на материале, относящемся к прошлому и к современному состоянию философских наук.
