Эффективность Отечественной Социогуманитарной Науки: Наукометрический Подход

Abstract

Демонстрируются многочисленные недостатки методов количественной оценки эффективности национальной науки, получивших в последнее время широкое распространение по инициативе чиновников от науки и встречающих все более активное сопротивление научного сообщества. Показано также, что при оценке эффективности национальной науки ее вкладу в мировую придается гипертрофированное значение. В частности, осуществленный авторами анализ выявил отсутствие значимых корреляций показателей этого вклада с различными индикаторами национального благополучия.
