Управление Переключениями Тарифных Планов Сотовой Связи

Abstract

Рассматривается одна из прикладных задач такого распространенного на практике направления, как управления переключениями режимов (в данном случае – тарифных планов). Из двух сторон, участвующих в моделируемых здесь процессах – провайдер услуг и их потребитель, задача рассматривается лишь для потребителя. Приведена формализация задачи и необходимых для ее решения элементов. В качестве целевого показателя рассматриваются полные прогнозные затраты при переключении на тот или иной тарифный план. Рассмотрен пример, на котором подробно показана технология применения предложенного алгоритма решения задачи. На материале примера проведен анализ чувствительности решения к росту объема трафика без изменения его структуры. Показан эффект от оптимального управления переключениями тарифных планов сотовой связи.
