Abstract

С помощью экономико-математических моделей проведен анализ экономической заинтересованности владельцев долговечного оборудования в его ускоренной замене на более экологически чистое. Выявлены условия, при которых государству придется стимулировать приобретение более экологически чистого оборудования, даже если оно более экономично. Проведен сравнительный анализ эффективности дискреционных инструментов такого стимулирования (например, налогообложения изделий старого поколения) и встроенных регуляторов (например, налогообложения вредных выбросов).
