Оптимальное Делегирование Управления Для Функций Затрат, Представимых В Виде Выпуклых Квадратичных Форм

Abstract

Рассмотрена задача минимизации функции затрат, представимой в виде выпуклой квадратичной формы, выбором оптимального делегирования – распределения управленческого воздействия, оказываемого на производственную подсистему, между менеджерами управленческой подсистемы, с учетом их сложной взаимосвязи, заключающейся в дублировании управлений друг друга. Математически данная постановка эквивалентна задаче оптимального распределения заданного объема выпуска между взаимосвязанными предприятиями с многопродуктовыми функциями затрат. Доказаны теоретические результаты, позволившие разработать и протестировать эффективный алгоритм решения, находящий оптимальное делегирование за небольшое количество итераций.
