Abstract

Описана общая модель управления риском, включающая две подмодели: модель оценки эффективности системы и модель оценки риска ее функционирования. Рассмотрены задачи управления стохастическими системами, а также сложными системами, имеющими иерархическую структуру, функционирующими в условиях внутрисистемной неопределенности. Предложены методы решения этих задач, позволяющие находить оптимальную стратегию управления с точки зрения эффективности и устойчивости.
