Учет Неопределенностей В Рамках Многокритериального Анализа Решений С Использованием Концепции Приемлемости

Abstract

Представлен подход к учету неопределенностей критериев и весовых коэффициентов в рамках многокритериального анализа решений с использованием теории нечетких множеств и вероятностных методов. Предлагаемые методы (FMAA – Fuzzy Multicriteria Acceptability Analysis, ProMAA – Probabilistic Multicriteria Acceptability Analysis) базируются на вычислении индексов приемлемости рангов альтернатив. Обсуждается общий подход к реализации указанных методов и его конкретизация на примере многокритериальной аддитивной модели. Реализация методов FMAA и ProMAA основана на использовании численных методов для оценки функций от нечетких/случайных величин без применения методов Монте-Карло. Описана система поддержки принятия решений DECERNS WebSDSS, реализующая методы FMAA и ProMAA, а также ряд других методов многокритериального анализа решений.
