Abstract

Для повышения качества поддержки управленческих решений интегрируются возможности ситуационных и экспертно-аналитических центров, сетевых экспертных процедур, методов обработки скрытой (латентной) информации. При интеграции используется методология конвергентного управления, создающая необходимые структурные условия для обеспечения сходимости процессов достижения согласия распределенных участников принятия решений относительно целей и путей действий. Имеется весомая практическая апробация.
