Abstract

В части уточнения существующих сценариев развития региона предложено выстроить инновационные перемены на основе построения сети региональных кластеров. Специфика региона определяет перечень возможных кластеров. Взаимодействие кластеров между собой позволяет получить синергический эффект, который усиливает синергию каждого кластера в отдельности. Формирование сети региональных кластеров создает новую ситуацию в управлении экономикой региона, когда часть полномочий администрации области в части координации и регулирования процессов социально-экономического развития региона может взять на себя руководство сети региональных кластеров.
