Теоретико-Методологический Анализ Сущности Локальных Платёжных Систем

Abstract

На основе обобщения теоретических взглядов ученых-финансистов в работе проведен категорийно-терминологический анализ, учитывающий современное состояние и прогнозные тенденции развития денежного обращения и позволивший дать авторские определения платежной системы, локальной платежной системы, национальной платежной системы. Локальные платежные системы представлены, с одной стороны, как этап эволюции в формировании национальной платежной системы, с другой стороны, как самостоятельное ее звено. Теоретико-методологическое исследование сущности локальных систем и их роли и места в национальной системе позволило комплексно представить классификацию по ряду критериев, а также выделить специфические особенности локальных платежных систем, указывающие на перспективный характер и возможности интегрирования в национальную платежную систему.
