Abstract

Исследование показало, что на рынке товаров предварительного выбора (длительного пользования) ассортимент товаров организации, удовлетворяющий запросам потребителей является решающим фактором обеспечения её выгодного конкурентного положения. Конкурентное положение организации на целевом рынке определяется через оценку уровня рациональности её ассортимента товаров. Проведение мониторинга ассортимента товаров конкурентов и расчет коэффициентов рациональности, дает организации возможность без значительных материальных и временных затрат определять своё положение на рынке, а также конкурентные позиции основных участников товарного рынка в определенный момент времени с целью корректировки стратегии и повышения эффективности своей деятельности.
