Abstract

В статье рассмотрена проблема применения экономических механизмов формирования и регулирования тарифов в жилищно-коммунальном хозяйстве. В основе эффективной системы тарифного регулирования определен научно обоснованный механизм начисления амортизационных отчислений в составе средств на капитальный ремонт. Показана целесообразность введения новых подходов к определению тарифов, связанных с применением двухставочных тарифов в жилищно-коммунальном хозяйстве.
