Abstract

В статье рассмотрены проблемы местного самоуправления в контексте административной реформы. Проблемы региональной экономики рассмотрены на примере стратегий муниципальных образований Владимирской области. Оценка эффективности муниципального управления проведена на примере округа Муром. Problems of municipal management under the conditions of administrative reforming are considered. Problems of regional are considered on the example of municipal strategies of Vladimir region. Evaluation of municipal management efficiency is made on the example of Murom district.
