Abstract

В работе раскрывается ряд новых подходов к управлению предприятием: разработка рыночной философии управления фирмой, что позволяет объединить коллектив в единую команду; новая научная система оценка руководителей, выдвигаемых в резерв; профессиональная диагностика руководителей; управление развитием творческой инициативы работников; новая система реструктуризации. The paper reveals a number of new approaches to business management: development of a market philosophy of management of the company that brings together staff in a team, a new scientific system of evaluation of leaders, put forward in a reserve, a professional diagnosis of managers, the management of the development of creative initiative of workers, the new system restructuring.
