Abstract

В данной статье раскрывается сущность воспроизводственного подхода к управлению персоналом, что соответствует требованиям информационного типа производства. Приводится классификация функций управления персоналом в зависимости от роли человека на производстве. Рассматриваются актуальные аспекты реализации функций управления персоналом на российских предприятиях. This article reveals the essence of reproduction approach to the management staff that meets the requirements of an information type of production. A classification of the functions of personnel management, depending on the role of man in the workplace is given. Topical aspects of implementing the functions of personnel management in Russian enterprises are considered.
