Abstract

В статье дана характеристика инновационного трудового потенциала России, основу которого составляет научно-кадровый потенциал. Подчеркнута важность организационных условий для развития инновационного трудового потенциала, в частности, рассмотрена такая эффективная организационная форма как научно-образовательный центр. Даны рекомендации по учету эффективного зарубежного и отечественного опыта подготовки инновационных кадров.
